Today inside the Natural Kaos App I will be reconstituting two Peptides: -Melanitan 2 -Tirzepatide (not for weightloss, I’m microdosing)
Next… I will mix up the Mayster PDRN and place it in my face.
PDRN BENEFITS: PDRN molecules are able to stimulate the metabolic activity of cells in your skin to regenerate collagen.
It can also stimulate wound recovery through boosting the rate of growth of fibroblasts, the cells mainly responsible for collagen production.
The activator in this set has glutathione which will brighten my skin as new tissue is encouraged to grow.

Life has become even busier due to this random goal I set for myself…
If I had contemplated this goal more I probably wouldn’t have started or shared it.
30 DAY GOALS:
-Walking 3 miles everyday takes me an hour.
-I alternate Hot Yoga and Weight Training each day, each of these activities takes me an hour or more.
-My Core challenge takes me 30-60 minutes as I learn how to do the exercises.
This scenario takes me 3 hours to complete daily. That’s a huge chunk of time and is causing me stress as I attempt to fit it all in…and yes I get tired too 🤣
I just keep telling myself it’s only 30 days you can do it.
The trick to this challenge is time management and I think that’s the insight I will glean from this next month.
Because of time restraints and a brand project I have this week…we are going to repurpose a video from the previous YouTube channel. I think it will be the microneedling scalp video.

Comment “MASSAGE” for this YouTube video link.
🎥Can Lymphatic Drainage Massage Tone Your Abs And Decrease Inflammation?
Premiers tonight 4/18/24 at 5:15pm PST (8:15pm EST)
Those on FACEBOOK https://urlgeni.us/youtube/LymphaticDrainageMassage
✅What are the benefits of Lymphatic Massage?
Our lymphatic system is key to our body’s immune defenses.
Lymphatic fluid flows through lymph vessels, which connect lymph nodes. White blood cells trap and destroy harmful particles, such as bacteria, as lymph fluid passes through lymph nodes.
Similar to blood in the circulatory system, lymphatic fluid is always moving. If it stops, fluid build-up can cause swelling, often in the arms or legs.
Exercise is crucial to avoid lymph fluid build-up, which is why walking is essential following surgery.
Combine walking with lymphatic drainage to encourage further movement and clearing of fluid.
If you are not post-surgery but feel inflamed, schedule a lymphatic drainage massage and start walking. It’s amazing what walking and light touch can do and how much better you will feel.

In January my weight dropped to 103 lbs and I didn’t feel well.
A couple months later I feel tremendously better. It’s been a mix of Testosterone, Thyroid, Peptides, lowering my stress, making new friends, leaving my house, and lifting weights again.
During March I was not very disciplined. And I’ve had a hard time getting back into my routine.
Because I wasn’t focused in March I didn’t weigh myself. I also didn’t want my mind getting crazy if I saw the scale increasing. I know I wanted it to go up…but still it’s a mental thing 🙈
Today I got back on the scale. I’m 116 lbs and 22% fat. I feel much healthier right now than I did in January.

Have you experienced a Lymphatic Drainage Massage? Look ⬇️ and tell me if I should film another treatment?
I enjoyed the 70 minute, Full Body & Face Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage @lymphologie_
As you can see it’s crazy relaxing and Carolinas hands are magic.
I first learned about #lymphaticmassage last year when I had my mommy makeover surgery.
It’s especially common in Central and South America to have lymphatic drainage massages following body contouring surgery.
This delicate massage focuses on light touch with emphasis on moving fluid towards the nearest lymph node.
Our lymph system is part of our immune system carrying white blood cells as well as bacteria, abnormal cells and other matter for filtering out via our lymph nodes.
This fluid is then transported back into the bloodstream via the lymph vessels. Lymph fluid only moves in one direction which is toward our heart.
Moving lymph fluid helps us feel leaner because it dislodges inflammation. Carolina told me that moving lymph also helps with cellulite.
Additionally, on our backsides we only have a single lymph node. This can cause a lot of fluid to get trapped in our thigh areas making cellulite look worse.
This has to be the most indulgent cellulite treatment 😂
Thank you @lymphologie_ for inviting me down for your beautiful treatment!
QUESTION ✅ Carolina offers a handful of beautiful treatments plus an Infrared Jade Sauna pod! Tell me if you want me to film and share about this fun Sauna treatment?
