Today, I’m spilling the tea on the Tox Facial with Exosomes—my go-to for flawless, glass-like skin before a big event. This at-home microneedling treatment with Innotox and exosome serum tightened my pores and smoothed my skin like magic. Here we go, let’s get that red carpet glow.

So, what’s a Tox Facial? It’s a game-changer that combines microneedling with a powerful serum of Innotox—a botulinum toxin—and exosomes, tiny regenerative particles packed with growth factors. Together, they smooth fine lines, shrink pores, and give you that dewy, glass-skin look. I did this a few days before my dad’s wedding, and my skin was chef’s kiss—plump, radiant, and event-ready!

Here’s how it works. Microneedling uses a pen with tiny needles to create micro-channels in your skin. These little punctures kickstart your body’s healing, boosting collagen and elastin for that firm, youthful vibe. Then, you apply the Innotox-exosome serum, which sinks deep into those channels. TOX FACIAL STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

This is what I did to prep my skin before the tox exosome facial.

Step 1: I used the Ordinary Peeling Solution

Step 2: I used the Kora Turmeric Face Scrub

Step 3: I used the Dermrays Revive Laser

Step 4: Get out Microneedling Pen

Remove your Innotox from the fridge and get an insuliin syringe out.

Step 5: Draw up 24 units of Innotox

Step 6: Open up Aqua Exosome package

Step 7: Insert 24 units Innotox into vial

Step 8: Add syringe of Exosomes into vial

Step 9: Rotate slowly to mix

Step 10: Using Exosome syriinge, draw up .5ml of mixture

Step 11: Dial pen to a 0, then insert a 36 pin cartridge, twist to lock

Step 12: Put on glove for rubbing serum into face

Step 13: Add a bit of serum to forehead

Step 14: Set pen to .5mm for forehead but you can adjust to .75mm, you just want to be careful not to go too deep because you want to avoid peeling and flaking.

Step 15: I start on my forehead

Step 16: Add more serum

Step 17: Continue to microneedle around your forehead

Step 18: Rub Serum into eyelids

Step 19: Microneedle eyelids

Step 20: Apply serum to cheek

Step 21: Dial microneedling pen to 1mm and microneedle cheek

Step 22: Apply serum to chin and microneedle it in

Step 23: Apply remaining serum all over face

Step 24: Detach cartridge and throw away

Step 25: Apply Calribright Radiance Brightening Serum

Step 26: Top with the Obagi Restore Hydration Replenishing Cream
