What Is the Glow Stack?
The Glow Stack is a popular peptide protocol designed to support collagen production, healing, skin quality, and recovery. The stack typically combines:
- BPC-157 – Promotes healing, gut support, tissue repair.
- TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) – Aids in injury recovery and reduces inflammation.
- GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) – Stimulates collagen, improves skin firmness, reduces fine lines.
Some variations of the Glow Stack also add Tesamorelin or other GHRH peptides to boost natural growth hormone output, further enhancing skin and body rejuvenation.
Why I Tried the Glow Stack
My goal was to see how this stack could:
- Improve skin elasticity and firmness
- Speed up muscle recovery after workouts
- Support overall anti-aging from the inside out
As someone who documents advanced skincare and wellness, I wanted to test this peptide protocol over a full cycle and share my results with the Natural Kaos community.
The Glow Stack Protocol
A common Glow Stack protocol runs for 6–8 weeks:
- BPC-157: 250–500 mcg daily (rotating injection sites)
- TB-500: 2–5 mg per week, split into two doses
- GHK-Cu: 2–3 mg per week (often every other day)
Note: Rotating injection sites is important to prevent irritation, improve absorption, and avoid scar tissue.
What I Experienced
I’ve been using the glow stack for the past month. I used this stack for the past four weeks, with five days on and two days off. My schedule was Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
These are the key observations I made while using this peptide stack over the past month.
- On day 3, I felt very tired, but that could have just been because my life is exhausting, and it had nothing to do with the stack.
- On day 7, my face flushed on one side, but that was the only time this happened.
- On day 8, I switched up injection sites as I typically do with peptides, and it made my arm very tender.
- On day 10, I noticed that the injection at the hip backside really stung, but a burning sensation from this stack is normal. It’s because Copper ions can briefly activate nerve endings, and if the solution is slightly acidic or concentrated, the sensation is stronger. It’s harmless for most users and usually fades within seconds, but rotating sites and letting the vial reach room temperature can reduce the bite.
After reviewing the before-and-after footage, I noticed the most significant improvement in my arm and back thigh skin. I plan to do another cycle and will increase my dosage to 20 units each day.
Why Does GHK-Cu Sting?
Many peptides reconstituted with bacteriostatic water inject smoothly, but GHK-Cu can sting or burn slightly due to its copper ion interaction at the injection site. This is normal and usually temporary
Lessons Learned
Expect subtle but steady changes over weeks, not overnight.
Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation.
Consistency is key — missing doses slows results.

Final Thoughts
