MICRONEEDLING AT HOME
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure involving the insertion of very fine, short, sterilized needles into the skin for rejuvenation. These micro-fine needles range in diameter from 0.5 to 2.5 millimeters. The tiny punctures made by the needles are more like pinpricks, penetrating only the surface level of the skin. When the skin experiences these pinpricks, the body’s natural healing process is triggered, resulting in a plumped, more youthful appearance. Multiple microneedling sessions, spaced at least one month apart, can significantly increase collagen production and skin elasticity.
To provide a bit more context, microneedling is primarily known as a collagen induction therapy. This procedure works by using a series of needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin’s surface. As the brain senses these tiny traumas, it activates the body’s reparative mechanisms, leading to an increase in collagen and elastin production. This healing process not only rejuvenates the skin but also improves its texture and firmness over time.

There is incredible inspiration here, from the infrastructure, to the combinations of plantings.
The boys were excited to see what they could do and create in our own garden…which unfortunately has been greatly neglected this year.
