Remember how I used VBeam on my plastic surgery scars?

This month I used this amazing technology on my face! You know I’ve tried many many procedures….

I think the lack of downtime and the fact that it obliterates broken capillaries without ablating your skin.

It’s not CO2, it doesn’t resurface the layers of your skin. There is certainly a need for CO2, VBeam does not replace what CO2 offers.

Rather, VBeam is for vein reduction and for rosacea!!! That’s right! This is not IPL.
VBeam is a dye pulsed laser and has a wavelength of 595nm that passes thru your skin without burning it. It targets the ozyhemoglobin in blood vessels. It destroys the vessel and your body disposes of the tissue over the next two weeks.

Seriously no downtime and in tonight’s video on YouTube @spa.and.tell I show you a full two weeks of recovery! That’s right a fun before and after video. We all love a good before and after. I also include the cost.

I finally had my scalp spa experience today!!! It was worth the drive to Burlingame CA. They have two locations one here and the other in San Jose.

I felt so lucky to get Gosia @fgosi This woman is incredibly kind, gives amazing insight, and is in high demand.

Plus, she was fabulous at helping us film great angles for next week’s Youtube video! seriously other spas need to take notes.

You would never guess the extremes I have to go to film and share these experiences with you.

@h2o_headcare I believe we captured the Scalp Spa experience and I’m excited to share the fun details with you. SCALP SPA 🎥 coming next week…

Tomorrow’s video will be my entire VBeam experience on my face. Here’s an example of an office that did not let me film 🥲🥲🥲 I understand liability in doctors offices and it’s sad the world is sue happy that it prevents insight.

However, I believe you will enjoy tomorrow’s video (I just completed the edit while driving back from the Bay Area). It’s exporting now and I will get it uploaded and linked tonight. I share a two week recovery from this laser treatment so you know before you go 😘

Comment “WATER” on this reel and I’ll send you the list of what makes my water yummy, nourishes my hair, and helped me kick my SUGAR-FREE RED-BULL Addiction!
⬇️ If viewing on FaceBook, links are ⬇️

I was drinking upwards of 8 Sugar Free Red-bulls per day! In fact I was so addicted I couldn’t imagine not having my slim can in my hand.

Sugar Free Redbull has never “given me wings” no matter my dosage. Instead, to be totally transparent Redbull, similar to smoking, blunted my desire to eat. I liked Sugar-free particularly because it had a bitter taste (certainly acquired 😂) that took away cravings. Or if I thought I wanted to snack, I simply popped another one open to serve as my snack.

It was a fixture in my life, on my videos, and you would see it pop up during my LIVE streams. I relegated myself to the belief that I needed it to survive and I didn’t even contemplate giving it up.

When I experienced the massive hair shed this past fall 2023, I knew I needed to look at my malnutrition. I bought the Mary Ruth hair growth liquid vitamins, shocker this does not work well mixed into Sugar Free Redbull 😂.

I started making large Stanley cups filled with this concoction so that I could get these needed vitamins into my system regularly.

I like a soda component, especially if I feel nauseated from peptide or vitamin use. Because I intermittent fasting daily, this “vitamin punch” with needed electrolytes keeps me chugging.

I didn’t create this water with the idea I would give up my Redbull addiction. I don’t like that pressure.
Instead, during December I started making my water formula and I loved it so much that I actually never thought about Redbulls.

It was only a few weeks ago that I recognized I hadn’t had a Redbull in 2024. What an incredible blessing that without feeling deprived my HUGE addiction has completely vanquished from my life. Plus imagine the savings 💰💰💰😂

I noticed this sharp pain in my inside groin last spring when I returned to yoga following my abdominal surgery (tummy tuck).

I shared in a recent YouTube “mommy makeover” video how nerve damage on one side of your hip/groin is very common from this surgery. It makes sense when you understand the surgery. I have videos explaining this procedure on my YouTube channel.

The nerve pain eventually subsided after 12 weeks but I believe this condition weakened my right groin. This as I stretched and moved in my yoga classes it was compromised. I’m not certain if I strained it or actually tore it.

When I began squatting again I had to keep a narrow stance to protect it from pulling. I only started injecting TB500 directly into it 4 weeks ago and this strategy has truly improved it.

My legs were weak from the leg day I “ENJOYED” yesterday. But I used ipamorelin to put me to sleep and I listened to a little mindful meditation podcast for 15 minutes before bed.

In an effort to fix myself I’m focusing on sleep. I have an alarm at 10pm that reminds me to go to sleep. Now I’ve backed this up to 9:30pm as I start my rest down.
1️⃣ 7pm Dinner Completed
2️⃣ Magnesium Dose
3️⃣ Ipamorelin injection on an empty stomach
4️⃣ PM Skincare
5️⃣ Meditation Podcast w/eye massager (if you ever saw my Korean Air Business Class video on YouTube it’s that eye mask massage device. It warms and massages my eyes as I listen to a therapeutic 15 minute meditation session that prepares me for deep sleep.

In the end we can spend a lot on peptides, pills, trainings, and food. But if we can’t get deep sleep each night we are blunting the effects of our hard work. Sleep is the most effective tool at feeling better, recovering, and looking better.

2024 I’m committed to 😴
Disconnecting from my phone…Not bing Netflix until 2am…honoring I worked hard and I may not have completed my intense to do list (which is never realistic) but no matter what I deserve sleep.

Deep sleep is a gift to ourselves and I know I’ve robbed myself for too many years. My mind is hyper active and these tools are knocking me out:)

I was a tired peptide super hero today. However, I still made some strides. I pushed 300 lbs for 2 sets of 8. I squared in the free bar 95lbs and did one set of 8.

Good news tonight is an ipamorelin night with cjc1295 so I know I’ll sleep well and recover for tomorrow’s early morning hot yoga class.

In December I felt horrible. I couldn’t even manage two hot yoga classes per week without feeling incredibly exhausted. It was very alarming how drastically my health has plummeted. In mid January I was 103 lbs and had a hard time eating.

I started hormone therapy and peptides and in the last 8 weeks my life has completely turned around. My mental state has drastically improved. I’m taking measures to reduce my stress. I’m cooking for myself again. And I’m able to weight train again.

It’s been four years since I was able to lift. I stopped going to lifetime during Covid because the policies were insane. My hit yoga studio stayed open so I started returning there.

But over the years my strength continued to fade. Or I could exude it for class but then the rest of my day would go slower.

Discovering that I have Hashimotos was a gift for me. I would have continued to kill myself in an attempt to work as fast as I could. It’s help me recognize that I need a break to research and figure out how I can completely turn this ship around.

I’m telling from my personal very open experience peptides are having a profound impact on my health and I’m very excited to continue sharing it with you.

I call it a “syringe bouquet” just kidding! Next week should be a fun week of sharing insight.

My peptide live series on YouTube which I call “Walkie-Talkies” because I literally walk on my treadmill for an hour and a half with my research notes making sense of how these things work.

The reason I’m loving this series is because after a long time of feeling, I could only share on skincare. As someone who loves change and new interests, feeling chained to a single concept was becoming unfulfilling. And I wasn’t feeling creative or inspired, similar to writers block.

Getting my Hashimotos diagnosis at the beginning of this year I feel was extremely life changing for me. I think of it as an incredible gift and blessing.

It gave me this desire to research again. The world of peptides is even more immersive than beauty injectables, so I don’t plan on being any expert on the subject for a long time.

I hope my Walkie Talkie LIVES help you learn along side me as I build a catalog.

The amazing aspect of this experience is that with beauty injectables I never dove past the level of what the product was claiming and why it should work. Peptides have taken me to the cellular level. I feel my knowledge is exploding on how certain skincare’s work at a molecular level.

It’s extremely inspiring that these events seem to be chained together in the best way to help me understand my body more fully.

I think this understanding helps me make better decisions, now that it’s not such a mystery.

This really should be a HUMAN CLASS that everyone needs to take.
It needs to take the place of Algebra 2 😂
