HAIR REJUVENATION
I love long hair and microneedling. You can get hair growth with microneedling at home. This is a before and after at-home hair and scalp treatment. I microneedle my scalp and use Stem cells to help grow stronger hair. This scalp session was filmed in 2021. You can see changes in my hair and in my face. That Sculptra really helped fill in my temples.

It’s not easy having your world unexpectedly turned upside down. Challenges happen in life that we are not prepared for no matter if we are planners.
UNFORTUNATELY, Not everything is in our control!
As a “semi-control freak” (don’t judge me) life continues to teach me that I never know what’s around the corner.
And It’s difficult to be prepared for the next curve ball life throws.
As I go thru another tragic experience (one I’m not sharing yet) it can feel debilitating.
Like what the F***!!! I’m NOT equipped for this obstacle.
The only truth I know, is that I can only control myself. I feel fortunate that I developed my little work out plan becoming accustomed to it pre devastation.
My routine is helping me thru this difficult time and I’m grateful to have it as a constant when other aspects of my life feel wild and unknown.

I went to the gym:) Issues arose this week…
…that I wasn’t anticipating. This changed my schedule and I only lifted two times instead of three this week.
THE GOOD NEWS: even though something happened this week that could have destroyed my health goals and current challenge, I was still walked 3 miles each day.
My walks are extremely therapeutic and I look forward to this time daily to contemplate life’s issues. I’m glad I maintained my walking time because it’s providing benefits I didn’t anticipate when I randomly decided to walk 3 miles per day for 30 days.
