The Eyeshadow Palette is pretty. I love how it has everything that you need to create an easy everyday look. I also love that it has shades to add depth for an easy night out look. I also love how blendable the shades are and how easy they are to use.

LAWLESS is a Clean at Sephora brand. This means that all formulas are free of specific ingredients that are potentially harmful to human health and the environment.

I love the lip balm, feels so good on the lips with just a hint of color or makes a matte lipstick feel comfortable to wear instead of hiding in your makeup drawer and it smells delicious. The lip filler, I want one in every shade! Perfect formula and applicator. I love that it can be reapplied without being too harsh or stingy on lips like most plumping formulas. This is a great clean powder! You can use it as a foundation and it looks amazing. xo- Kim

Do I have Tox in my forehead?

I’ve used a lot of TOX over the years. It’s pure Magic, kind of like peptides. Similar to peptides, cycling tox is important.

This year I took a forced hiatus from tox in order to build my forehead tissue up. If you tox your forehead for years it will atrophy since those muscles are no longer engaging.

I plan to tox it in the future, but for now I’m making a lot of expressions…more than normal:)

I actually feel really embarrassed sharing gym/body stuff…I do it to keep myself accountable…

These gym voice overs from @shred.bathandbeyond make me laugh daily!

I hope you realize there is nothing extra special about me. I don’t have great genes! Or a high functioning metabolism. I actually have a destroyed thyroid among other systemic failures.

I’m 42 years old with a busy life, constant deadlines, and a large family.

I personally know that the business of life can rob us of time, goals, peace, and contemplation daily. 

Life happens and it’s easy to feel: overwhelmed, no energy, everyone bothers me, or think my goals are vain, take too much time, or aren’t important.

This year as I’ve focused on improving my health, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see changes that seemed impossible. 

My current routine did not happen over night. It’s taken me 6 months to build a system I look forward to and one that most importantly serves me. Although, my routine is helping me “look hotter” 😂 it’s the mental impact that I value most.

WHAT I DO:
-LIFT 3xs per week (I don’t live in the gym)
-YOGA 3xs per week
-3 MILE WALK 5-7xs per week (I give myself grace with this one since it takes up an hour, but it is one of my favorite elements now and I think it’s helped improve my legs tremendously).
-FOOD 85% Meat Diet (I feel the best on meat)

I DON’T
-Do any high intensity cardio…no more sprinting.
Previously, I was a cardio, high intensity, boot camp person. Although, I enjoyed the challenge and the community aspect, high intensity never served me well.
It would exhaust me and I would not be as motivated the rest of the day.

I realize we are all different. Our bodies respond to food and physical challenges uniquely and many elements that work for some don’t work for others.

Stepping away from what I thought “I should be doing”and gravitating towards activities that actually serve me individually is now, MY WHY for the gym:)

I’m not going to lie…being in front of gym mirrors at 42 and seeing muscle definition is more rewarding than my previous 30 years of gym reflections and it keeps me returning…

My UV allergy began 3 years ago.
It became difficult going outside and on trips where the sun would be intense because my skin would blow up with a blistering itchy rash.

Over the past month I used MELANOTAN 2 to increase my melanin production. This triggered my bodies melanocytes to make more melanin when I went into UV light.

It took me a month to build up this solar protection and now I feel free to go outside without the fear of a massive rash blowing up.
