Struggling with those stubborn rainbow lines above your eyebrows (sometimes called WiFi lines)? In this Dehantox 100-unit touch-up face mapping session, I’m sharing how I plan to refine results after an initial 200 units, focusing on eyebrow rainbow lines and adding support to the jawline and platysmal neck bands.
What are “rainbow” or “WiFi” lines?
These are curved, arc-like lines that appear above the brows when the frontalis muscle overworks, especially if the eyebrow tails lift more than the center. They can linger at rest over time and make the upper third of the face look busy even when the forehead looks smooth elsewhere.
Note: This post is educational and personal. It isn’t medical advice.
Why a 100-unit touch-up?
A touch-up lets you:
- Address small areas that still animate more than you’d like after a larger baseline treatment
- Balance left–right asymmetries that only show up after the initial dose settles
- Support adjacent zones that influence one another (forehead, brows, jawline, neck)
My goals for this session
- Brow rainbow lines
Soften the arcs above the brows while keeping brow position natural. The aim is smoother upper-forehead texture without a heavy or “flat” brow. - Jawline support
Subtle shaping to maintain a cleaner jaw contour when clenching or speaking. The goal is support, not bulk reduction. - Platysmal neck bands
Gentle softening of vertical bands that pull downward on the lower face, helping the jawline read cleaner and the neck look calmer.
Face mapping mindset
Face mapping means looking at expression patterns and muscle pull before touching a syringe. Key checkpoints :
- Where do lines form at rest vs. only on movement?
- Which zones are stronger and tend to “recruit” neighboring areas?
- How does brow position change when I talk, laugh, or look surprised?
- Are there compensations from the neck or jaw that fight upper-face smoothness?
This approach keeps treatment tailored and avoids chasing lines in isolation.

Safety first
- Candidacy: Toxin is not for everyone. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain neuromuscular disorders, or active infections are common reasons to defer.
- Expectations: Subtle, natural refinement is the goal. Over-treating the rainbow area can weigh down the brows.
What I’ll track after treatment
- Expression check-ins at week 1, week 2, and week 4: brows up, brows in, eyes wide, big smile.
- Symmetry in photos and short videos under the same lighting.
- Function: No heaviness when reading, working, or exercising.
- Neck posture: Are the bands softer without changing how my head sits over my shoulders?
How long until I see the touch-up settle?
Most neurotoxin adjustments show by day 3–5 and fully declare by about 14 days.
Will softening rainbow lines drop my brows?
Proper mapping aims to relax the arcs without compromising brow position.
How often are touch-ups needed?
Varies by metabolism
A thoughtful touch-up can polish stubborn rainbow lines, support the jawline, and calm platysmal bands when it’s planned with full-face mapping and conservative goals. Pairing treatment with smart skincare, posture awareness, and sun protection helps results look smoother and last longer.
