Kim’s Best Picks Box 💉✨ | Pro Skincare Favorites from Fillerhouse: Innotox, Hairna, Gouri + More!

Stick around, because I’m going to break down all seven items included in this professional DIY box—what each product does, the cost breakdown, and most importantly, how to use them together in a practical, beginner-friendly protocol that delivers real results.
This curated box includes my absolute favorite professional-grade skincare and injectable products. Every item has been tested, loved, and used regularly in my Skin App live sessions and routines.
The Korean Beauty Jungle

When I first started using Korean skincare back in 2010, it felt overwhelming. I thought of it as the Korean beauty jungle.Nothing was in English, it was hard to know what each product did, and the learning curve was steep. Over time, as more K-beauty products became available and our Skin App community grew, we were able to test nearly everything—and truly figure out what works.

This box is everything I wish I had when I was starting out. It’s packed with not just my personal favorites, but also the top picks our tribe swears by. Think of it as a skincare shortcut—no guesswork, no wasted product, just the good stuff.
Whether you’re new to Korean aesthetics or just want a powerful upgrade to your routine, this box is designed to support, simplify, and elevate your skincare journey. I can’t wait for you to try it!
Let’s dive into what’s inside and why this box is not just a great deal, but a true upgrade to your at-home medspa regimen. 💉✨
Just a quick heads up—due to YouTube’s policies, I can’t show any injectable procedures here (trust me, I wish I could!). But don’t worry—all my live injectable demos are available inside my Skin App, which is linked in the description and mentioned in this video. Join me there for the full, unfiltered treatments!
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
1. THREADS
First up, we’ve got a pack of threads, valued at $32. Threads are incredible for subtle lift and skin firming—perfect if you’re just getting into bio-stimulation or looking for a mini-sculpting treatment without jumping into deeper procedures. They are easier to insert than you think, and this pack will allow you to place around your lips for a tight vermilion border.
2. TOXIN

Next is Innotox, 100 units, valued at $100. This is one of the most popular neurotoxins in the K-beauty aesthetic space. It’s pre-diluted, stable at room temp, and delivers beautifully smooth, natural-looking results. It’s often compared to the toxin that starts with a B and ends in tox or Xeomin, but comes at a fraction of the cost. Try less than a dollar per unit versus $15 per unit in your local med spa.
3. EXOSOMES

Then there’s HAIRNA Exosomes, priced at $62. If you’ve seen any of my scalp microneedling lives, you already know I swear by this. It helps with hair regrowth, supports follicle health, and boosts circulation.
HAIRNA Exosomes are a next-generation scalp treatment designed to support hair regrowth, improve scalp health, and strengthen existing hair. Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that act like messengers, carrying powerful growth factors, peptides, and signaling molecules directly to the cells that need repair or regeneration.
When applied to the scalp—especially during or after microneedling—HAIRNA Exosomes penetrate deeper into the skin barrier. This enhances absorption and triggers a regenerative response at the follicular level.
Here’s what makes HAIRNA Exosomes so effective:
- Stimulates Hair Follicles: The exosomes deliver signals to dormant or weakened follicles, encouraging them to re-enter the growth (anagen) phase.
- Improves Circulation: Enhanced blood flow to the scalp supports healthier follicle function.
- Strengthens Hair Anchoring: Nutrients and peptides in the formula help improve the structure that supports each hair strand.
- Reduces Inflammation: A healthier scalp environment promotes better hair growth and reduces irritation or flakiness.
- Hydrates & Repairs: Contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid and PDRN, which deeply hydrate and help repair scalp tissue.
HAIRNA is ideal for those experiencing early-stage hair loss, thinning, postpartum shedding, or just looking to boost hair density naturally. When used consistently—especially in combination with microneedling—it can lead to fuller, thicker, and healthier-looking hair over time.

4. LIQUID PCL

Let’s talk about Gouri—a true standout at $162. This injectable collagen stimulator is like a liquid version of Sculptra but even easier to use. It gives your skin bounce, glow, and elasticity over time. Think of it as skin structure in a syringe. I love how it integrates gradually with no downtime.
I have a more in-depth video on Gouri linked here
I really like Gouri for beginners because it uses the BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) method, which simplifies the process by targeting 10 specific anatomical injection points on the face. What makes it especially user-friendly is that the syringe is already divided into 10 equal parts, so you can easily measure out the right amount for each injection site. This setup takes the guesswork out of dosing and placement, making it a great entry point for those new to injectable treatments.

5. TCA

Also included is the Soonsu TCA Peel, valued at $125. I originally used the Bien Peel, but the Soonsu Shining Peel has a similar formula and has replaced the Bien Peel.
The Soonsu Shining Peel is a non-invasive, no-downtime TCA-based chemical peel designed to rejuvenate the skin with visible glow and smoothness, without the traditional heavy peeling or irritation associated with deeper TCA peels.
Formula Highlights:
While exact percentages are proprietary, the Soonsu Shining Peel is a modified TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid) blend.
The Soonsu Shining Peel is a multi-acid resurfacing peel designed for brightening, smoothing, and revitalizing the skin—with minimal irritation and no visible flaking or downtime. Its powerful yet balanced formula includes:
- Lactic Acid: A gentle AHA that hydrates while exfoliating, helping to smooth skin texture and boost radiance.
- Salicylic Acid: A BHA that penetrates pores to dissolve excess oil and debris, making it ideal for acne-prone or congested skin.
- TCA (Trichloroacetic Acid): A clinical-grade exfoliant that promotes collagen production and resurfaces the skin for improved tone and texture.
- Mandelic Acid: An AHA with antibacterial properties that gently brightens and helps fade hyperpigmentation without irritating sensitive skin.
- Gluconic Acid: A PHA (polyhydroxy acid) that offers mild exfoliation and antioxidant protection while supporting skin barrier function.
- Retinol: A vitamin A derivative that speeds up cellular turnover, reduces fine lines, and improves overall skin clarity.
- Squalene Oil: A hydrating lipid that soothes and softens the skin, helping to counteract the dryness that can come from exfoliating acids.
- Vitamin B12: Known for its skin-repairing and anti-inflammatory benefits, it supports a healthy glow and reduces irritation.
This thoughtful blend makes the Soonsu Shining Peel both effective and gentle, providing real results without harsh downtime. Perfect for weekly use to maintain that lit-from-within glow.
You can safely use it once a week for up to six weeks, and I’ve recently started incorporating it into my weekly YouTube Beauty Lives, which air every Wednesday.
This box includes 5, 6ml vials. You can get three sessions per bottle, which means you can do a total of 15 peel sessions.
First Session SOONSU SHINING PEEL
6. EYES

Now onto Curenex Eye, priced at $49. I use this as an injectable right under my eyes—it’s hydrating, brightening, and gentle for that delicate under-eye area. It has 1% polynucleotide, which is a naturally derived molecules that promote skin rejuvenation by stimulating cellular activity and collagen production. They act as bio-stimulators, encouraging the skin to repair and rebuild itself from within. This leads to improved skin elasticity, hydration, and a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Polynucleotides also help reduce inflammation and can improve skin tone and texture. You’ll really notice a difference in texture and fine lines. It subsides after about three days, and it’s incredible how bright and full your under-eyes will look.

7. PDRN

And finally, the Curenex Intense Glow serum, valued at $73. This is the microneedling serum I always reach for when I want that luminous, plumped-up skin. Polynucleotides are a group of molecules, and PDRN is a specific subtype of these, derived from salmon DNA. PDRN is known for its regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties and is often used in skin rejuvenation treatments. This box contains 5, 5ml vials full of PDRN, hyaluronic acid, and peptides—basically, all the good stuff. In App Using : CURENEX GLOW VIDEO
