IPAMORELIN INJECTIONS

DAY 1 INJECTION – DAY 4 UPDATE

Why I’m using Ipamorelin

WHY IPAMORELIN? I’m nearly 42 years old and as we age we lose muscle and bone density. This has become drastically evident to me as I dropped weight this past year. Ipamorelin is a peptide that you inject daily for four weeks.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

☑️ Stimulates pituitary gland to release HGH

☑️ Promotes protein synthesis which leads to increases in muscle growth and muscle recovery.

☑️ Helps stimulate fat metabolism and facilitates the breakdown of stored body fat.

☑️ Supports the regeneration and repair of connective tissues such as tendons and ligaments.

☑️ Improved Bone Density

☑️ Enhanced Sleep Quality, improves sleep patterns for deeper sleep I’m looking forward to better sleep, improved recovery from activities, better bone density, and better fat breakdown. My husband used this peptide last year for a bicep and tricep injury and saw huge improvements. It’s also supposed to help with recovery after surgery. I’m nearly a year post-surgery and feel recovered, however my hip tendons remain abnormally tight. I’m hopeful this will facilitate further healing, making them more pliable for better mobility. We will see how this next month progresses and I will share the experience. In order to give fair results I will not stack this peptide with any others. We will try NAD+ and others I’ve ordered such as MELANOTAN in the months to come:)

WHY USE IMPAMORELIN?

This growth hormone stimulating peptide therapy, also referred to as growth hormone releasing peptide therapy, is a regimen that involves administering growth hormone stimulating prescription into the body to replace the stimulating hormones that are no longer being sufficiently produced naturally. Ipamorelin shows potential benefits in various areas, including anti-aging effects on bones and muscles.

Studies on rats suggest it may promote new bone cell production, combating age-related bone deterioration. Additionally, Ipamorelin could enhance muscle mass, strength, and endurance, potentially mitigating the impact of aging on physical performance. There’s also evidence indicating weight management benefits, as Ipamorelin may reduce fat mass while preserving muscle.

Cognitive improvements and immune system benefits are suggested, linked to the stimulation of growth hormone release. While promising, it’s crucial to note that these findings are from animal studies, and individuals considering Ipamorelin should consult a medical professional to understand potential benefits and risks. Full comprehension of how Ipamorelin works is essential before initiating treatment.

INJECTION

Peptide injections are administered subcutaneously, which means beneath the skin.

Stomach Or Backside- Since my tummy is still a little numb from my mommy makeover- I did my backside, alcohol wipe and then I pinched my skin, and injected.

HOW DOES IPAMORELIN WORK?

Composed of 5 amino acids, Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that stimulates the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone. Rather than simply adding synthetic growth hormone into your system, lower dose ipamorelin levels rise naturally. That means more benefits with fewer side effects – like the increased appetite from the release of the stress hormone cortisol, which other peptides can cause.

This peptide generates similar increases in growth hormone secretion but without appetite stimulation and an increase in cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin, and aldosterone seen with other peptides in its class.

Ipamorelin helps your body burn fat and recover from workouts sooner. If you exercise, you’ll lose even more fat at a quicker rate. Ipamorelin also has anti-aging properties, helping to improve your immune system and sleep cycle, while increasing your energy, bone density, and body composition.

Do I have Tox in my forehead?

Comment “VIDEO” for tonight’s Microneedling with Exosomes YouTube video link sent to your DM inbox.

I’ve used a lot of TOX over the years. It’s pure Magic, kind of like peptides. Similar to peptides, cycling tox is important.

This year I took a forced hiatus from tox in order to build my forehead tissue up. If you tox your forehead for years it will atrophy since those muscles are no longer engaging.

I plan to tox it in the future, but for now I’m making a lot of expressions…more than normal:)

I actually feel really embarrassed sharing gym/body stuff…I do it to keep myself accountable…

These gym voice overs from @shred.bathandbeyond make me laugh daily!

I hope you realize there is nothing extra special about me. I don’t have great genes! Or a high functioning metabolism. I actually have a destroyed thyroid among other systemic failures.

I’m 42 years old with a busy life, constant deadlines, and a large family.

I personally know that the business of life can rob us of time, goals, peace, and contemplation daily.

Life happens and it’s easy to feel: overwhelmed, no energy, everyone bothers me, or think my goals are vain, take too much time, or aren’t important.

This year as I’ve focused on improving my health, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see changes that seemed impossible.

My current routine did not happen over night. It’s taken me 6 months to build a system I look forward to and one that most importantly serves me. Although, my routine is helping me “look hotter” 😂 it’s the mental impact that I value most.

WHAT I DO:
-LIFT 3xs per week (I don’t live in the gym)
-YOGA 3xs per week
-3 MILE WALK 5-7xs per week (I give myself grace with this one since it takes up an hour, but it is one of my favorite elements now and I think it’s helped improve my legs tremendously).
-FOOD 85% Meat Diet (I feel the best on meat)

I DON’T
-Do any high intensity cardio…no more sprinting.
Previously, I was a cardio, high intensity, boot camp person. Although, I enjoyed the challenge and the community aspect, high intensity never served me well.
It would exhaust me and I would not be as motivated the rest of the day.

I realize we are all different. Our bodies respond to food and physical challenges uniquely and many elements that work for some don’t work for others.

Stepping away from what I thought “I should be doing”and gravitating towards activities that actually serve me individually is now, MY WHY for the gym:)

I’m not going to lie…being in front of gym mirrors at 42 and seeing muscle definition is more rewarding than my previous 30 years of gym reflections and it keeps me returning…

Comment “TAN” for 🎥 on the peptides. Do you get a weird rash when you go in the Sun?

My UV allergy began 3 years ago.
It became difficult going outside and on trips where the sun would be intense because my skin would blow up with a blistering itchy rash.

#summervibes #backyardpool

Over the past month I used MELANOTAN 2 to increase my melanin production. This triggered my bodies melanocytes to make more melanin when I went into UV light.

It took me a month to build up this solar protection and now I feel free to go outside without the fear of a massive rash blowing up.

If you want to see the videos on how I used MELANOTAN 2 and how I’m using MELANOTAN 1 comment “TAN” for this videos and blog sent to your DM inbox.

@shred.bathandbeyond cracks me up daily with his gym talk 😂 it’s extremely relatable.
And no, I don’t hate my body, but I know I can become hyper-fixated or critical at times.
