PEPTIDE STACKING | BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295

STACKING MY PEPTIDES

In January I started using Ipamorelin and love the deep sleep and body recovery it provides. I’m glad I tested it alone so I could see its power void of other factors.

I inject subcutaneously in my butt 5 days per week at night before bed.

In February I started using NAD+ because it plays a significant role in anti-aging. With NAD+ therapy, the molecule works rapidly to repair cells throughout the body and neurons in the brain.

I inject intramuscularly in my shoulder each day in the morning.

Injecting into the muscle gets its power into your bloodstream faster.

PEPTIDE STACK

-BPC-157, TB-500

CJC-1295, Ipamorelin

-MOTS-C

-NAD+ (until I use up my current supply)

Peptides come as a single peptide or in blends.

Blends are simpler to use daily than drawing and injecting multiple peptides.

This peptide stack I s the next combination I’m going to test.

BPC 157

BCP 157 is a penta-decapeptide composed of 15 amino acids.

It is found naturally in the human digestive tract.

BENEFITS:

-It promotes Skin, Muscle, bone, and ligament healing.

-It increases stem cell production and provides gastric protection.

-Improves GI mucosal barrier or Leaky Gut.

Besides its benefits for skin, muscle, bone, and ligament healing, which I compromised while on Semaglutide. 

BPC 157 apparently plays a large role in healing the GI tract. 

This is key; specifically for me, since I’ve had ulcerative colitis.

I believe my hypothyroid condition, which evolved into Hashimotos Disease, 

can be helped by improving the mucosal barrier that lines our intestines and colon.

Everyone talks about “Leaky Gut.” 

I never gave it any attention, believing

it was one of those fads that comes and goes, like Kale.

However, after researching more about my autoimmune disorder and how my condition has developed over the years, I now believe I must have “Leaky Gut,” and I’m hopeful the use of BPC 157 can reverse the damage.

TB 500

TB 500 is a synthetic replica of Thymosin Beta 4 found naturally in human and animal cells.

It is a chain composed of 43 Amino Acids.

I use it 5 days per week at night and I believe its played a critical roll in helping me recover and be able to go to the gym 5-6 days per week this year.

I never feel sore or tired following a work out, this is obviously a huge game changer as we age. At 42 years old, I need all the tools I can find to help me feel optimal.

MOTS-C

This peptide is found inside our mitochondria inside our cells.

16 Amino Acid Chain

It’s considered a MDP (mitochondrial derived peptide) and of the three MDP’s identified:

-Humanin

-SHLP1-6

-MOTS-c

MOTS-c is shown to be the most effective at maintaining mitochondrial function and protecting cells under different stresses.

High levels of this peptide are found in the young and in very lean individuals.

The highest amounts found in our bodies are located in the skeletal muscle cells.

This is because MOTS-c plays a critical role in producing a state of AMPK.

AMPK is initiated when the body needs to make ATP (energy).

We have a coenzyme inside our cells that tells the body to store sugar.

Basically, the translocation of MOTS-c from the mitochondria to the nucleus turns off the coenzyme that wants to store sugar creating a state of fat burning while also encouraging healthy mitochondria turnover.

You may be familiar with red light therapy,  and how it acts on our mitochondria to improve cellular function.

MOTS-c is the peptide that we are attempting to stimulate.

Skeletal muscle enhances insulin sensitivity and increases glucose uptake in myocytes (muscle cells by activating the AMPK pathway while at the same time not increasing insulin. 

MOTS-c has been termed “exercise in a pill” or in my case “exercise in an injection”.

Exercise also increases muscle glucose uptake without stimulating insulin and when MOTS-c is used in combination with exercise you can proliferating the beneficial effects:

-Increases NAD+

-Reduces Insulin Sensitivity 

-Promotes Fat Burning

-Increases ATP

-Increases Skeletal Muscle

DOSING

I plan to inject 5000mcg (.5ml) of MOTS-c in the AM 3Xs/wk MON, WED, & FRI before exercise.

20 DAY PROTOCOL

THAT IS MY COMPLETE STACK

When my NAD+ runs out I plan to wait and see how this new peptide stack works without it. 

I have a theory that the MOTS-c will be more effective at boosting NAD+ levels. And if so, this saves money and a daily injection.

Plus I think I need to inject more NAD+ per day to see the benefits and that would be too costly and too much time.

I’m basically testing NAD+ at a daily dose of .3ml but I’m questioning its efficacy.

NAD+ is safe and does not have side effects but it might be wasteful using it in this fashion.

I think about these things too!!!

There is no one telling me what to do…what to post…what to create…etc…
This might seem liberating, and it can be…however carte blanche isn’t always as romantic as one might think.

Staying motivated daily is what any business requires, especially an online independent one.

The “consistency skill set” I’ve earned from being online aids me in other goals I set for myself. It comes down to self-discipline and the continued belief in yourself that you can do hard things.

When you accomplish one thing, that personal success should fuel you toward your next accomplishment. I truly believe it’s the small, consistent steps, the micro-decisions you make hourly, that bring you success.

It will never be one thing. Stop thinking that way! 

In fact, be elated that it’s not simply one thing since we make numerous mistakes daily. Instead of self-loathing, keep an optimistic mindset that you will never give up on yourself. 😘

Hot yoga on Saturdays can inspire anxiety in me…

I was explaining to my friends that Saturday, hot yoga classes always give me arrival anxiety…

Mentally I need yo prepare because I know they will be packed…mat to mat.

As I enter, the heat cloud hits me in the face from a previous class and the walls are already dripping with perspiration 😂🙈

I need to arrive at least 30 minutes before class to start acclimating to the heat and secure a spot where I feel comfortable.

My 6am week day classes are very different from Saturday mid morning classes.

During the week, 6am isn’t  as packed, so the class initially isn’t as hot. By the end of class the heat will be fully optimized however, initially, it’s not as intense as a Saturday class. 

With this in mind, during the week, later mid morning classes are actually as intense as the Saturday classes but I rarely go to weekday mid morning.

Those who attend 10am everyday are beasts!!!

Today, was a beautiful hot class. Thank you @drewusantos for a great flow…and you gave enough time for “dancing Sheba” thank you 🙏🏻😂

I like arriving to class early and giving myself time to acclimate and stretch it out. 

🎁Give yourself the gift of arriving early to classes.🎁

If you get anxiety arrive early and settle in. Taking this extra step makes my flow even better because I don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed.

SAVE For LATER:) quick GYM routine ⬇️ And can you believe how tan I am? I can’t!!! 

Currently I’m using MELANOTAN 2, in order to build a better skin sun protection. This peptide has increased my melanocytes melanin production.

Quick Fact:
Did you know that we all have the same amount of melanocytes in our skin. I’m super fair and apparently I have the same number of melanocytes as someone from African decent. The key difference; my melanocytes don’t produce as much melanin as someone who has olive or black skin tones.

MELANOTAN 2 increases the alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone aka MSH

“In our skin, we have pigment cells and we have hormones that regulate the activity of those pigment cells. So what Melanotan-Il does is mimic the action of those hormones and upregulate the activity of our pigment cells.” 

MELANOTAN 2 increases MSH and this signals to our melanocytes to make more melanin. This peptide that I inject daily as I load is helping me protect my skin from the sun by coating my cells in melanin. 

My body can produce melanin as evident by my current color. However, my MSH rarely activates so little melanin is produced. With the MELANOTAN 2 peptide my skin is finally acclimating to the sun.

I have a sun allergy and this is helping me avoid having the polymorphous rash eruption. Basically my skin breaks into red itchy welts and water blisters. It’s extremely painful, itchy and bleeds. 

My skin can now acclimate to the sun versus needing steroids to go out by the pool or beach.
