How to wear LONG Hair OVER 40
I’m 41, a year over 40, and this is how to wear long beach wave hair. I created this long hair using my HAIRBEAURON 4D PLUS [CURL]. I start with 75% dry hair. Then I place the two top sections of hair in velcro rollers. I use my dryer to help set them. While those dry on the top of my head, I use my hairbeauron 4D plus curl to add long curls throughout my hair. Then I drop the top hair from the velcro rollers and give them curls. I use texturing and hair spray to help keep the curl longer. I separate the curls with my fingers, add a little hair serum, and I have my current go-to hairstyle.

It’s not easy having your world unexpectedly turned upside down. Challenges happen in life that we are not prepared for no matter if we are planners.
UNFORTUNATELY, Not everything is in our control!
As a “semi-control freak” (don’t judge me) life continues to teach me that I never know what’s around the corner.
And It’s difficult to be prepared for the next curve ball life throws.
As I go thru another tragic experience (one I’m not sharing yet) it can feel debilitating.
Like what the F***!!! I’m NOT equipped for this obstacle.
The only truth I know, is that I can only control myself. I feel fortunate that I developed my little work out plan becoming accustomed to it pre devastation.
My routine is helping me thru this difficult time and I’m grateful to have it as a constant when other aspects of my life feel wild and unknown.

I went to the gym:) Issues arose this week…
…that I wasn’t anticipating. This changed my schedule and I only lifted two times instead of three this week.
THE GOOD NEWS: even though something happened this week that could have destroyed my health goals and current challenge, I was still walked 3 miles each day.
My walks are extremely therapeutic and I look forward to this time daily to contemplate life’s issues. I’m glad I maintained my walking time because it’s providing benefits I didn’t anticipate when I randomly decided to walk 3 miles per day for 30 days.
