Allow me to share my efficient morning hair and makeup routine that simplifies my life and boosts my confidence in just a few simple steps. To begin, I effortlessly curl my hair using a wand, creating beautiful waves that are quick and easy to achieve. For added volume, I rely on Velcro rollers, which work wonders for giving my hair that extra oomph. Moving on to makeup, I prefer a fuss-free approach. After applying SPF to protect my skin, I lightly dust on some bronzer for a sun-kissed glow. A touch of foundation evens out my complexion, while a subtle blush adds a healthy flush to my cheeks. I pay special attention to my brows, ensuring they frame my face perfectly, and then finish off with a lip color that enhances my natural lips. I knew I wanted to be a mother one day…not because I love caring for babies…ask my sister Kristi, she can attest I’m not a natural caregiver to littles.
Even though I knew having children and caring for babies would not be my strength…I still wanted this experience.
Motherhood stretches me…it refines me…and motherhood helps me relate further to others.
I continue to view life as experiences that teach me. And motherhood is the biggest teacher of my life. This teacher can be exhausting, thrilling, hilarious, destructive, frustrating, and unconditionally loving.
I’m grateful for the richness motherhood brings to my life, not because it’s easy. In fact, as I move out of the young kid phase and my boys can judge and criticize me it’s a while new life experience.
No longer am I tying shoe laces, buckling four car seats, and trying to get them pool safe.
Now they are getting drivers licenses, they grill meat, and they cut lawn better than anyone.
As I watch my boys develop into men, I know this is greatest thing I’ve ever done not because I’m a great mother but rather these boys have refined me into a better person.
I no longer think motherhood is solely for children…because it continues to improve me and I find this to be the hidden gift of motherhood.

As you know…I don’t fear monger. This story from an unlicensed med spa in New Mexico is the first CDC case of HIV being transferred by aesthetics.
This doesn’t mean you have a higher risk of HIV contamination if you get a vampire facial. Unfortunately, this clinic was not practicing sterile practices. Whenever the skin barrier is being compromised a sterile environment and new needles are required. Apparently, this med spa was reusing needles which is again INSANE!
