MOMMY MAKEOVER PREPARATION

My Mommy Makeover Journey And What I Did To Prepare

As of Feb 2023, I’m 40 years old I’ve had four boys I’m excited about it I’m going to have a breast lift done and a tummy tuck done, and some lipo in my thighs and knee area. For My mommy makeover journey, I was determined to make the most of it and prepared for it in a variety of ways. I researched the different procedures available and consulted with my doctor to determine which ones would be best for me. I also made sure to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to ensure that I was in the best shape possible before the surgery. Additionally, I made sure to get plenty of rest and relaxation in the weeks leading up to Surgery day. I took a few days off from work and went to a cabin my dad rented for my brothers and me to enjoy time with my family snowboarding in Tahoe.

What I am having done and some things I hope you can take away from how I prepared and to how it went. This is one of many blogs following my journey. Make sure to follow me on Spa And Tell YouTube! And on Instagram Natural.Kaos . All blog Posts will be under the category Mommy Makeover Surgery.

Firstly, In my Video, I will go over the 3 procedures I’m having in depth so you understand the surgery. I’m including my quote and will go over the breakdown of cost in case you wonder how much something like this costs.

My Diet

I’m making Beef Bone Broth to aid in recovery and will share how I do this easily in my crock pot.

Over the past month, I’ve reduced my sugar intake with the Carnivore and Ketovore diet food choices. If you want to see what I eat you can check out the Carnivore video and the playlist called, “FOOD” linked in this video.

<strong><a href=httpswwwyoutubecomwatchv=ADvuTkawDGYlist=PL HOMeL 7xPEyfO gnsaiMdj4XHp GdLy target= blank rel=noreferrer noopener>LINK TO FOOD CATEGORY<a><strong>

In preparation for this surgery, I’ve reduced inflammation in my body by eliminating sugar along with submitting to cold plunges, infrared sauna, Red Light Therapy, and IV Vitamin infusions, Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments, Cryo Therapy, and lastly my home Sauna.

Cold Plunges

Cold plunges can have a variety of benefits for the body. They can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, improve mood, and boost the immune system. Cold plunges can also help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and reduce the risk of injury. Additionally, cold plunges can help improve skin tone and texture, reduce cellulite, and improve overall skin health.

Infrared & Red Light Therapy

What exactly do Infrared and Red light therapy do for the body? Well, Improved Circulation: Infrared and red light therapy can help improve circulation by increasing the amount of oxygen and nutrients delivered to the cells. This can help reduce inflammation and pain, as well as speed up the healing process. Pain Relief: Infrared and red light therapy can help reduce pain by increasing circulation and reducing inflammation. It can also help reduce muscle spasms and stiffness. And Lastly, Skin Health: Infrared and red light therapy can help improve skin by stimulating collagen production, reducing inflammation, and improving circulation. This can help reduce wrinkles, acne, and other skin conditions. It can also help reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and age spots.

IV Vitamin infusions

How do IV Vitamin infusions benefit the body? IV Vitamin infusions can provide a wide range of benefits to the body. They can help to boost energy levels, improve mental clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, and enhance the immune system. They can also help to improve skin health, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health and wellbeing. Additionally, IV Vitamin infusions can help to improve nutrient absorption, allowing the body to better utilize the vitamins and minerals it needs to function optimally.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments

Hyperbaric oxygen treatments are beneficial for a variety of health conditions. The increased oxygen levels in the body can help to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote healing. It can also help to reduce pain, improve cognitive function, and reduce the risk of infection. Additionally, hyperbaric oxygen treatments can help to reduce the symptoms of certain medical conditions, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and radiation injury.

Cryo Therapy Sessions

Cryo therapy sessions are good for you because they can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and improve skin tone. Cryo therapy can also help with pain relief, reduce stress, and improve overall health and wellness. Additionally, cryo therapy can help with weight loss, improve athletic performance, and reduce the risk of injury.

At Home Sauna

<strong><a href=httpsamznto3IpRSW2 target= blank rel=noreferrer noopener>LINK BOTARO SAUNA <a><strong>

At home saunas are good for you because they can help to improve your overall health and wellbeing. They can help to reduce stress, improve circulation, and detoxify the body. They can also help to improve skin tone, reduce inflammation, and improve joint flexibility. Additionally, saunas can help to improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue.

Mommy Makeover, What am I having Done?

First, the Breast Lift with an implant.

Breast lifts have increased in popularity by 70% over the past 20 years as the large breasts of the 90’s have become less desirable.

I’m 5’2” and want perky tight breasts not large breasts, this is the reason I want a lift rather than an implant; In the end we decided to do a small silicon implant to aid in symmetry.

<strong>Actual Markings Right Before Surgery <strong>

Second, I will have liposuction in my knees and thighs

The surgeon makes a small incision in an area of the skin that creases so there is no visible scar.

They use a cannula, which is a blunt needle that goes into fat deposits and removes channels of fat. These channels collapse down helping to slim and contour the area being treated.

Third, is the Tummy Tuck

I’m the most excited about this procedure although I know the recovery will be tough.

I don’t have any stretch marks but many women do and during a tummy tuck these can be removed.

I’m having a full tummy tuck, so the incision will be hip to hip, cut along my pubic bone.

Lastly the video below goes over my full preparation and includes everything I purchased for after my surgery and the meals I prepped ahead of time. I also go into full detail about scars, medications, and how I trusted Dr. Green to decide my implant size. Linked below is my Preparation purchases.

Do I have Tox in my forehead?

Comment “VIDEO” for tonight’s Microneedling with Exosomes YouTube video link sent to your DM inbox.

I’ve used a lot of TOX over the years. It’s pure Magic, kind of like peptides. Similar to peptides, cycling tox is important.

This year I took a forced hiatus from tox in order to build my forehead tissue up. If you tox your forehead for years it will atrophy since those muscles are no longer engaging.

I plan to tox it in the future, but for now I’m making a lot of expressions…more than normal:)

I actually feel really embarrassed sharing gym/body stuff…I do it to keep myself accountable…

These gym voice overs from @shred.bathandbeyond make me laugh daily!

I hope you realize there is nothing extra special about me. I don’t have great genes! Or a high functioning metabolism. I actually have a destroyed thyroid among other systemic failures.

I’m 42 years old with a busy life, constant deadlines, and a large family.

I personally know that the business of life can rob us of time, goals, peace, and contemplation daily.

Life happens and it’s easy to feel: overwhelmed, no energy, everyone bothers me, or think my goals are vain, take too much time, or aren’t important.

This year as I’ve focused on improving my health, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see changes that seemed impossible.

My current routine did not happen over night. It’s taken me 6 months to build a system I look forward to and one that most importantly serves me. Although, my routine is helping me “look hotter” 😂 it’s the mental impact that I value most.

WHAT I DO:
-LIFT 3xs per week (I don’t live in the gym)
-YOGA 3xs per week
-3 MILE WALK 5-7xs per week (I give myself grace with this one since it takes up an hour, but it is one of my favorite elements now and I think it’s helped improve my legs tremendously).
-FOOD 85% Meat Diet (I feel the best on meat)

I DON’T
-Do any high intensity cardio…no more sprinting.
Previously, I was a cardio, high intensity, boot camp person. Although, I enjoyed the challenge and the community aspect, high intensity never served me well.
It would exhaust me and I would not be as motivated the rest of the day.

I realize we are all different. Our bodies respond to food and physical challenges uniquely and many elements that work for some don’t work for others.

Stepping away from what I thought “I should be doing”and gravitating towards activities that actually serve me individually is now, MY WHY for the gym:)

I’m not going to lie…being in front of gym mirrors at 42 and seeing muscle definition is more rewarding than my previous 30 years of gym reflections and it keeps me returning…

Comment “TAN” for 🎥 on the peptides. Do you get a weird rash when you go in the Sun?

My UV allergy began 3 years ago.
It became difficult going outside and on trips where the sun would be intense because my skin would blow up with a blistering itchy rash.

MT2 🎥 https://urlgeni.us/youtube/Melanotan2

#summervibes #backyardpool

Over the past month I used MELANOTAN 2 to increase my melanin production. This triggered my bodies melanocytes to make more melanin when I went into UV light.

It took me a month to build up this solar protection and now I feel free to go outside without the fear of a massive rash blowing up.

If you want to see the videos on how I used MELANOTAN 2 and how I’m using MELANOTAN 1 comment “TAN” for this videos and blog sent to your DM inbox.

@shred.bathandbeyond cracks me up daily with his gym talk 😂 it’s extremely relatable.
And no, I don’t hate my body, but I know I can become hyper-fixated or critical at times.
