I have been busy with a lot of behind the scenes ideas that I have put into motion, so it was nice to sit down and chat with everyone that showed up for both TikTok and the live I did in the App! I used two mesotherapy treatments, one specific for my eyes…which I will confess even though I did numb it was a bit stingy. However, nothing you can’t handle. This week also brought me a cold 🤧
It began with Pink Eye and by Friday I lost my voice.
I woke up on Saturday with a deep cough.
I’ve been in bed this weekend trying to recover so next weeks schedule isn’t compromised.
I’m still planing to do my next session of Mayster PLLA on Monday 5/6, inside the natural Kaos app.
Hopefully my voice can recover more so you can actually hear what I’m saying 😂.

…that I wasn’t anticipating. This changed my schedule and I only lifted two times instead of three this week.
THE GOOD NEWS: even though something happened this week that could have destroyed my health goals and current challenge, I was still walked 3 miles each day.
My walks are extremely therapeutic and I look forward to this time daily to contemplate life’s issues. I’m glad I maintained my walking time because it’s providing benefits I didn’t anticipate when I randomly decided to walk 3 miles per day for 30 days.Open

…that I wasn’t anticipating. This changed my schedule and I only lifted two times instead of three this week.
THE GOOD NEWS: even though something happened this week that could have destroyed my health goals and current challenge, I was still walked 3 miles each day.
My walks are extremely therapeutic and I look forward to this time daily to contemplate life’s issues. I’m glad I maintained my walking time because it’s providing benefits I didn’t anticipate when I randomly decided to walk 3 miles per day for 30 days.Open
